Words I do not have in my notes-
• Filesharing- the practice of distributing or providing access to digitally stored information, such as computer programs, multi-media (audio, video), documents, or electronic books.
• ShareWear- Software that is available free of charge and often distributed informally for evaluation, after which a fee may be requested for continued use
• Open source- you get the soucre code in hope that people will add to it.
• Commercial use- One of the most significant factors for consideration regarding fair use, the concept may be more intuitive than scientific leaving it difficult to define
• Derivative- Something that is based on another source
• Maleware- Software that is intended to damage or disable computers and computer systems molitious softwear, same as virus
• Phishing- The activity of defrauding an online account holder of financial information by posing as a legitimate company
• Data back-ups- the process of making copies of data so that these additional copies may be used to restore the original after a data loss event
• Cookie- A packet of data sent by an Internet server to a browser, which is returned by the browser each time it subsequently accesses the same server, used to identify the user or track their access to the server

The FTC also known as the Federal Trade Commission is an independent agency of the United States federal government that is responsible for enforcing the federal antitrust laws and to educate the people about identity theft. Copyright and CC falls into this category because, it has to do with people stealing items from others and calling it their own.
